Chef Martin Maumet will unveil his first restaurant as chef-owner next September. In place of the Kitchen Galerie Bis restaurant - where he was associate chef with William Ledeuil. A name like a nod to the change of season - end of Indian summer and first days of grayness - where we want to sit down in a warm and enveloping decor, with a “K” in reference to the restaurant that revealed it. A new atmosphere and a lively menu embellished with condiments from elsewhere and here, Oktobre mixes audacity and delicious impertinence.
Alongside Martin Maumet, Jérémy Pepion, sommelier and dining room manager, Jérémy Pepion crafts the wine list between fine estates and allocations, as well as more confidential gems.

Our philosophy
In a decor designed by studio Bateaumagne, they completely rethink the restaurant, dividing the room into several compartments, as well as a private dining room. These spaces are united by a play of mirrors, sometimes reflecting the daylight filtered by large linen sails or the confidential lighting in the evening. The tones evoke Indian summer, declined on materials with natural aspects: oak for the tables and benches, the enamelled wall lights of the same color frame large panels of plant papers with the appearance of wild flowers. The seats are covered with graphic stripes, in the warm tones of Maison Dedar, naturally inviting conviviality.

The menu will naturally evolve towards a freshness that is always seasonal, while keeping the condiments dear to Martin's cuisine. A French cuisine with beautiful classic bases, allowing itself to draw on spices, vinegars, peppers that subtly electrify the palate. Martin will continue his appetizers by writing a new score. Oktobre cuisine is a “delicious step aside”, where invigorating flavors come to awaken French cuisine. Oktobre rhymes like a pretty ode to the seasons that a new wind comes to exalt.
