After brilliantly leading the kitchen of the Kitchen Galerie Bis (KGB) restaurant as associate chef, Martin is ready to welcome you to his own restaurant. His meeting with chef William Ledeuil in 2013 was the starting point of an impressive culinary journey that led him to take the reins of the KGB kitchen at the age of 22.
